How to personalise your SMSes in our Web App

To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on New Message on the left-hand side of your screen;
  2. Select the individual or group you’d like to send your message to;
  3. Type your message, and where you want to add your customer’s name, click on the “Personalise” drop down arrow, and select First Name or Last Name, or both;
  4. The characters {fn######} {sn######} will be displayed wherever you input them and will show up as the name and surname associated with the contact.

TIP: If you’re trying to send a personalised message, and your contact’s full name is not shown, you can add extra hashtags (#) to the personalised field, and we’ll automatically extend the field character length.
