How to transfer SMS credits

If you’d like to do this, we will need to enable this on your account – you can apply for this by emailing us on support@bulksms.com. Remember to include your username in the email. This should take less than 1 business day to set up and we’ll email you as soon as it’s done.

Once enabled, follow these steps to transfer credits:

  1. Log in to your BulkSMS account;
  2. Click on the “Credits” tab on the left-hand menu;
  3. Click “Transfer” on the top menu;
  4. Fill in the necessary fields and click “Transfer” - you will need to know the username and user ID of the account you are transferring the credits to. To find the User ID, the account you want to transfer credits to needs to follow these steps:

    a. Log into their BulkSMS account;
    b. Click on the username in the top left corner, click “My Profile” on the dropdown;
    c. They will see “User ID” listed at the top;
    d. Ask them to send you the User ID and Username.
  5. Click “Confirm” if you are sure you want to transfer the credits.
