Before you start
You need a Zoho Campaigns or Zoho Marketing Automation account and a BulkSMS account with credits.
This is Zoho's own built-in connection, and it's free.
Using Zoho CRM? Use the BulkSMS Integration Gateway instead.
Connect BulkSMS in Zoho
In Zoho, go to Settings, and under Integrations select Apps.
Hover over BulkSMS, click Connect, then Continue.
Enter your BulkSMS username and password, and your Sender ID if asked. Click Save.
Send an SMS campaign
Create an SMS campaign in Zoho and choose BulkSMS as the provider.
Send a test to your own number before sending to your list.
Troubleshooting
The connection fails: check your BulkSMS username and password. If you change your BulkSMS password, update it in Zoho too.
Messages aren't delivered: check numbers include a country code and that your account has credits. Look for the message under Sent Messages in BulkSMS.
