BulkSMS app for HubSpot

Added to your HubSpot account when you connect, so your team can text contacts without leaving HubSpot.

  • SMS chat on every contact. A BulkSMS card on the contact record shows the latest messages and replies. Open Chat to see the whole conversation and reply, using your templates.
  • Message deal contacts. Text the contacts on a deal straight from the deal record, filtered by association type so your message reaches the right people.
  • Automated messages. Add Send SMS via BulkSMS to contact, deal and ticket workflows to text people when they fill in a form, a deal changes stage or a ticket is updated.
  • Inbox and Help Desk sync (optional). Turn it on to sync messages directly to your HubSpot Inbox or Help Desk, with in-app HubSpot notifications when a reply arrives, so you never miss an important conversation. Needs Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise.
  • Activity on the timeline. Every SMS sent, delivered, failed or replied to is recorded on the contact.

BulkSMS Integration Gateway

Where you connect HubSpot, send bulk campaigns and manage the settings the app uses.

  • Bulk SMS campaigns. Choose a static or active HubSpot list, write your message and send your campaign in a few clicks.
  • Review before you send. Every campaign is prepared first, so you can check personalised sample messages, the number of recipients and the message parts before it goes out.
  • Delivery reports. See what happened to every message, with totals and any skipped contacts for each send.
  • Message templates. Create templates once and use them in bulk campaigns and in the chat on the contact record.
  • Choose the features that suit you. Switch features such as activity updates and Inbox sync on or off, so the integration fits the way you work.

  • Single sign-on. Connect securely with OAuth2 authentication using your HubSpot login. There are no API keys to copy.
  • Two-way SMS. Replies are linked to the message they answer, and appear in the chat, on the timeline and, with sync on, in your Inbox.
