Installed in Zoho CRM, so your team can text leads and contacts without leaving Zoho CRM.

  • SMS chat on contacts and leads. See the conversation with a contact or lead on their record, in a familiar chat layout, and reply straight from Zoho CRM.
  • Bulk SMS from list views. Select contacts or leads on a list view page and send them all a message in one go.
  • Automated messages. Add the Send_SMS action to workflow rules for contacts, leads and custom modules, for example to text a lead as soon as it's created.
  • SMS records. Every SMS sent, delivered, failed or replied to is recorded on the contact or lead.

Where you connect Zoho CRM, send campaigns and manage the settings the extension uses.

  • Bulk SMS campaigns. Choose a Zoho CRM campaign, write your message and send it to all its leads and contacts in a few clicks.
  • Review before you send. Every campaign is prepared first, so you can check personalised sample messages, the number of recipients and the message parts before it goes out.
  • Delivery reports. See what happened to every message, with totals and any skipped records for each send.
  • Message templates. Create templates once and use them in campaigns, workflow rules and the extension.
  • Choose the features that suit you. Switch activity updates and SMS fields on or off, and choose which phone field to use for leads and contacts.
