These updates were made on 27 August 2021 and include clarification and amendments of the text to meet e-commerce payment gateway, data privacy and data protection and other business requirements. Inclusions on new paragraphs resulted in the re-numbering of some paragraphs within sections.
The following paragraphs were amended or added to the BulkSMS Terms and Conditions as published on 23 January 2020.
