1. Promoter

      The promoter is BulkSMS.com, a division of Celerity Systems (Pty) Ltd.

  2. Eligibility
    1. The competition is open to:
      • Existing, enabled BulkSMS customers
      • Customers who have purchased SMS credits within the preceding 12 months
    2. Employees of Celerity Systems (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, and their immediate families are excluded.
    3. Participants must be 18 years or older.
  3. Competition Period
    1. Each competition runs for the period specified in the relevant social media post.
    2. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter
    1. To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the competition post (e.g. comment on the post).
    2. Only one entry per person per competition is permitted.
  5. Prizes
    1. Prizes vary by platform:
      • Facebook: 50 SMS credits and one Celerity mug
      • LinkedIn: One Celerity mug
    2. SMS credits:
      • Are non-transferable
      • Cannot be exchanged for cash
      • Will be loaded onto the winner’s BulkSMS account
    3. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of similar value at the promoter’s discretion.
  6. Winner Selection
    1. Winners will be selected either at random or based on criteria stated in the competition post.
    2. Eligibility will be verified before the prize is awarded.
    3. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Announcement & Delivery
    1. Winners will be announced on the relevant social media platform and contacted directly.
    2. Prizes will be delivered within 14 business days of winner confirmation.
  8. General
    1. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.
    2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or LinkedIn.
    3. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and/or comment for promotional purposes.
