If you won’t be using your purchased credits, you can either request a refund or donate unused credits to a non-profit organisation using our services. See below for more info.
We offer refunds on money paid in advance on any unused credits, except if the payment is older than six months. If the payment was made more than six months ago, you can still use your credits (they don’t expire), or you can transfer them to another account. The refund process will take 14-21 working days from the date of the initial request.
If you no longer want to use our service, we’d be happy to donate your SMS credits to a non-profit organisation using our services.
We’re currently sponsoring SMS messaging for a number of non-profits like schools, community clubs, neighbourhood watch organisations, and various religious entities using our services. Let us know where you’d like your remaining credits to go and we will gladly transfer them on your behalf.
