As of the 1st of October 2015 there will be a change to the support desk availability on Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
We are extending our after hours support to include Sundays. Please note that while we will do our utmost to respond to all queries received after hours, you may need to allow for an extended response time when contacting our support desk during weekends or on Public Holidays.

During this time we are able to respond to telephonic and email requests.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, we are only available via email. All telephonic requests will be responded to on the following work day.
