Banking Notification for South African customers
We receive many queries stating “I’ve paid, but my credits aren’t reflecting” and in most cases this is due to cross banking. What do we mean by cross banking? Cross banking refers to a transfer from, for example, your Nedbank account to our Standard Bank account instead of from your Nedbank account to our Nedbank account.
Unfortunately, with a cross banking transfer, the banks take 1-2 days to clear the funds and our company policy is to only load credits once the funds have been cleared in our bank accounts.
To avoid this delay we encourage you to make transfers with matching banks. For your convenience herewith our banking details, please be sure to send this information to your accounts department:
